Cascara Sagrada Bark, Milk Thistle Seed, Cilantro Herb, Dandelion Leaf and Root, Green Tea Leaf, Fresh Black Walnut Hull, Yellow Dock Root, Burdock Root, Turmeric Root, Licorice Root, Uva Ursi Leaf, Gentian Root, Fresh Ginger Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Red Clover Herb, Artichoke Leaf, Garlic Bulb, Astragalus Root, Wasabi Root, Oregano Oil, Clove Bud, Cayenne Fruit

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Glycerin, Deionized Water, Stevia and Peppermint Oil.

Suggested Use: Take 35 drops (1 dropper full) in 204 fl. oz. of purified water or juice in the mid afternoon and before bed.

NOTE: You may choose to start with 1 dropper full per day and work your way up to 2 droppers full or take as directed by your health care provider. Shake well before use. Best if used before expiration date.

Warnings: Do not take during pregnancy or while nursing. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully.     I love this product and have suggested others to use it. In order for any product to work one MUST follow the directions. I love the fact that this will cover all major alliminatory areas of the body without having to go through taking numerous other products. A simple cleanse. I recommend everyone try this if they are experiencing sluggishness anywhere in the body.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      I can't see how anyone could take this product twice a day. The taste is awful. I am on my second day of use. I only take it at bedtime. This better cleanse me! The taste alone should cause everything to leave my body.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
