          It's still a little early (I plan to write another review a few weeks from now), but this stuff seems pretty potent - I've only been using it for 5 days so I can't say yet if its really helping me loose weight, but it defintitly gets your heart rate pumping!! Im only taking just under 3 ml before my workout (once/day) as its pretty strong. Be sure to have some juice to chase it - it tastes horrible!!! Hopefully the bad taste pays off :) I did notice however that after the first couple days of using this product my body seemed to tolerate it a little better (I was pretty shaky and felt weird the first couple days). I weigh 145 lbs, am 5'8", have a slight muscular build, used to be in incredible shape (17% body fat, I'm a women) but have struggled with loosing the extra 10-15 lbs ive gained since having 2 babies! I'm now @ 21-22% BF and am aiming to reach 17% again...hoping this will help!? Will keep u posted on it's effectiveness!?
