Ok here's the real scoop for this product from a chubby dude for real people. This thing tastes like cough syrop with a lingering taste it is super gross but tolerable. I don't excersise tho I own a gym membership. Here's what I did. I took this product as driected 2 ml and 2 ml felt fine then 3 ml felt fine and 3ml next day 4 ml and 4 ml it made me feel sick and want to vomit so I tried again next day same dose and same reaction so I dropped down to 3.5 ml and 3 ml and I felt good. I stopped drinking pop and fried foods not hamburgers just stopped getting them with mayo and cheese. I walked on the treadmill for 10 mins on 1st day and started to sweat like crazy and at 10 mins I usually quit but I tried to walk another 5 mins and I did then next day I walked 20 mins and did a bit of jogging felt so good and sweating buckets. I took before I went clubbing and was able to dance all night instead of dying off at 2 am danced till 4 am I could feel after a few days my man [*] had shrunk a little bit and my back fat didn't feel as annoying. I still looked like a chubby dude tho but felt so good. I kept taking this product and walking and ice skating then played on my WII working up a sweat everytime the 2nd week I tried 4 ml and 4 ml and was able to tolerate it and kept doing what I was doing one morning I put on my size 38 pants which were always snug and it had a bit more room now at the waist. I don't have a acale to give you the numbers plus I still look about the same but I don't feel all gross and depressed with myself anymore. This product worked and if I had more money I would buy more but wondering how well it would work the 2nd time around. To anyone who is a couch potato like me and has no time to work out this is for you. Also I'm not a stimulant person I get the spins from coffee and this product was awesome did not make me crash or feel weird. Hope this review helps

I started out with the recommended dosage that was on the bottle which was 3cc's. I took it during the day, I felt like I had taken sudaphedrine which usually makes me a little drowsy and relaxed. Then I took another does at 2am thinking I would get the same reaction and maybe sleep better, but no this stuff gave me soo much energy which I have never had any product ever give me energy b4 even if it says its chopped full of caffeine, I didnt sleep till 7am and through the night I got really hor** which was weird and i could tell blood was pumping down there like never b4, guess thats the yohimbe working. But when i woke up i felt terrible maybe from lack of sleep. Ive been taking this for about a week havent really noticed anything at all except the taste of the stuff which isnt that bad if u like strong cough syrup. Hopefully I will see results soon, I wish they would have a table of what this stuff does after so many continous uses.

    When they say it tastes bad... its not kidding. it does, but its worth the choking...At first I started taking only 2cc's then jumped to 3cc's and noticed a difference right away, great energy and no cravings, I wasn't even hungry even thou my stomach said to eat. When using it with your workout, even just cardio, I felt more energy and alertness, ready for more, instead of 4 laps I went 5. I just ordered my second bottle and acutlly got my mother-in-law to try it too. She just ordered her own.

        I have taken this product under the recommended dosage. I take 2ml instead of 3ml twice daily and it is enough for me. I have lost 22 pounds in 1 month. You will see drastic changes if you transform your diet. If you stick to healthy foods your results will double. I am more than happy.
