I use this product after my workout day has ended... It is excellent after I have run and returned home to rest... There are no side affects... I expected to have a rush of energy as I began to unwind for the night, but that did not occur. With other products, I needed to ensure that I took the supplement early enough in the afternoon so that it would not affect my sleep pattern. I take Lipotrophin hours before I drift to sleep and am able to rest well.
