I use the product just as directed on the package with food and this stuff is like magic. It gets me nice and alert but with no jitteriness or that terrible nervous feeling. I actualy concentrate better and get all my work done in about 1/4 of the time than with out it. Like on that movie; this is my NZT. I am able to think more clearly,and quickly, remember more, and have way more energy; but the best part is that I feel exactly the same....normal. If you are wondering if you should try this, wonder no more; buy two bottles and tell your friends.

I do not use this product every day, but I do use it on the days that I need super energy for my cardio/weight training workouts. I'm using the Rapid Fat Loss Handbook for my diet and exercise routine, and have lost 11 pounds in 1.5 weeks with a combined effort. If I take this at 9:30am, I'm banging effortlessly through my hour long workout (35 mins cardio, 35 mins weight training) at 10:30am, and my energy and appetite suppression lasts until at least 2pm. I like to eat while I'm on it to alleviate some of the jitters, but it is a forced meal/snack. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding product. I do recommend if you do a Pre Workout drink, do NOT take one of these around the same time as your Pre Workout. Most Pre Workouts have caffeine so adding more to your body will make you feel a tad bit weird. I took 2 in the morning and that's it. On days I didn't take a Pre Workout, I would take 2 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, after lunch.

This stuff works, I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. Ths first couple days i took it I was a little nauseas but now i take it in the morning and i dont even want anything to eat until 2 in the afternoon.

I started taking Lipodrene with ephedra November of 2011. I was willing to put in the work but needed a little help. Lipodrene was just the product I was searching for. As of today, I have lost 23lbs. I went from a size 12 to a size 9. I'm very happy with this product. I took 1/2 octagon tab BID as the whole one was too strong for me. I also increased my physical activity and ate a balanced diet. This combination worked great. Two thumbs up for Lipodrene with ephedra.

I felt it helped me breath better while doing cardio which made me go longer and burn more calories. So that helped in weight loss. lipo 6, oxy elite and others provide more of intense thermo. Others should not worry about the ephedra, its very weak. everyone should try the smaller bottle atleast once. it may work better for you. I still like the regular lipo 6. But jet fuel, lipo 6 black, pyro and some other are to intense and feel ackward. to many stimulates.

This product is absolutely outstanding. Heres the thing...there is NO miracle diet pill that will let you eat whatever you want, do no exercise and still make you loose weight. You have to put forth the EFFORT!!! By combining this product with my normal workout of 4 days weight resistance training and 5 days cardio, Ive been loosing about 4 lbs a week!!! I take 1 pill in the morning and again after lunch and Im over 200lbs. The results were immediate. About 30 mins after taking a dose you feel the rush of energy come over you and it makes you want to move and workout harder! Great product when taken responsably and in combination with exercise and a healthy diet.

The first time I tried them I had success, curbed my craving and appetite and after a week I was already losing weight. I started a new bottle 2 days ago and for some reason not feeling the same effect but I will see if it will just take a bit longer. I take 3-4 a day. I do still highly recommend them! Ive taken many other brands and no other measure up to these, they are simply AMAZING!
