I started a new bottle 2 days ago and for some reason not feeling the same effect but I will see if it will just take a bit longer. I take 3-4 a day. I do still highly recommend them! I work 9-6 and try to work out 3-4 times a week. I take 1 in Am one b4 lunch. and one more prior to work out not to exceed 4 in a day. Take early enough you will be able to fall asleep for work the next day.
