              I really just needed to loose the last 10 lbs of baby fat that was not wanting to let go. I have been jogging in the morning and I wanted somthing in the after noon to curve my hunger and keep me going, (I use to drink energy drinks). It worked great! I only take on a day and I take it after lunch and it keeps me going strong until dinner, awake, not hungy with plently of energy.
