Comments about IDS L-Glutamine With MSM, 554 Grams:
I have been training for the SEAL pst for the past couple months, and everytime, I always feel sore the next day after the workout. I just started taking L-Glutamine a couple weeks ago and I actually brought down the soreness and joint stiffness after those workouts greatly. Granted, I still was tight and had to stretch before workouts the next day, but I was less sore and still pretty limber given the type of training I'm doing. The only real CON that I have for it is it does not taste to good. The label says mix with juice or water, I recommend Gatorade or some crystal light or cranberry juice. I used to take it with just water and it had a bland,unpleasant taste going down. But other than that this stuff is pretty good
