Directions: As an adult dietary supplement take 4 capsules 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. On non-workout days, take 4 capsules immediately upon waking. Kreation does contain caffeine and should not be taken at least 6 hours prior to bed.

Warnings: Not intended for sale to persons under the age of 18. Diabetics or anyone with insulin sensitivity should only take under a physician's supervision. Do not take if pregnant or lactating. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as 1 1/2 cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, food, or beverages while taking this product.
