I took my first dose a year ago when it was given to me as a sample by the owner of the Supplement store I shop at. I felt like it worked better than regular Kre-Alkalyn. I kept waiting for it to become available to buy, but it never did until now. I feel like now that I am using it, I'm not feeling the strength that I should. I have used it twice now on my Chest workouts and my dumbell strength seems to be weaker than it was a month or more ago when I was just using Nitric Oxide products. It seems like I dont start feeling strong in my workouts until about half way thru, which I don't like because I am trying to increase my dumbell strentgh on flat bench and I do that excercise first. It's still too early to tell and maybe I was just having off days, but I stacked it with MuscleTech's Gakic, so I really was surprised that I didn't rep out the 100lb 'dumbies'alot easier than the week before. I still think the product is great, and I will keep using it. I think I just need to start off with a different excercise to get the blood flowing and then jump to whatever I am trying to improve on once it starts to kick in. I usually crank out the rest of my workout with great focus and intensity, its just the beggining that seems to drag a little.
