The path to KIND began 15 years ago with PeaceWorks Inc., an innovative “not-ONLY-for-profit” business fostering joint business ventures among neighbors striving to co-exist in conflict regions worldwide, using market forces to break stereotypes and barriers. In 2003, after several successful ventures, our founder, Daniel Lubetzky, was still searching for that elusive snack that tasted good and was good for you, and eventually conceived KIND – as a brand of healthy snacks that are “KIND to your body, your taste buds, & the world.” KIND Snacks was founded on the principle of holistic “KINDness”: you need not sacrifice health for taste, or social mission for financial sustainability, nor your happiness for others.’ KIND Snacks not only helps fight growing health epidemics such as obesity and diabetes, but is totally transparent in its approach to create delicious, healthy food that looks and tastes delicious.
