I have tried many pre workout supplements. This is the first one that actually does what it says. Good focus, good pump, and good energy. Aside from the taste, it is the best one of the pre workout powders that is out there. Congratulations All American EFX for doing the right research.

I've taken this 5 times now and this is what i'm gonna say:

Mixability: You need to mix it alot otherwise your gonna be left with a bit of powder (specifically the creatine) at the bottom of your shaker. Because you end up shaking it so much it does foam a tiny bit but goes away within 2 minutes.
Taste: tastes like cherry. They've done a good job hiding the taste of the chemicals inside it. It does feel a bit dry however when you drink it.
Energy: to be honest with you i was expecting ALOT of energy due to all the marketing but for me 1 scoop isnt enough. The 1 scoop made me feel fresh and ready to go but didn't provide a large amount of energy. I also noticed (not sure if it's because of the supplement) that there is less lactic acid build up in the muscles which is awesome so you can do more reps with heavier weights.
Effect on stomach: if you're drinking this on an empty stomach it will make you feel a bt crook for a few minutes but it quickly goes away. THis is probably the best thing about the supplement. Compared to other pre-workout energy supplements this is the easiest on an empty stomach.

Would i recommend it to a friend? You're better of buying another pre-workout supplement than K-Otic mainly because you'll get more energy (for example Jack3d or Black Powder) and this supplement doesnt contain any nitric oxide.

I have taken products with geranium they don't come close what k'otic delivers one scoop is all u need and you are lifting like an animal even if it burns you fight threw the pain less lactic acid build up while training your mind is focused and getting as many reps with as much wieght as possible. One bad thing is for me it was a lil over stimulating so i lessoned my dosage but if you can handle it you work out will be unparalleled to what ever your work out goals are and you will surpass them.

Bought this during the pre-release sale with test charge. Really great stuff. Gives you a different kind of energy and focus, long lasting and not a hyped up kind of energy. Will definatly buy again.
