        Isopure is a great protein. I have tried almost all of the flavors and they are all pretty much good. It works great and low on carbs

          I wanted to try this product because it was carb-free and lactose free. I don't know that I am lactose intolerant, but other proteins tend to cause my stomach some unrest. I haven't experienced any stomach troubles. The main problem I have with this product is the taste, but I think that has something to do with the fact that it doesn't contain any sugars. I'll probably just try a different flavor next time.
          As far as gaining size, I haven't seen much increase, but I am a hardgainer, so unless I'm taking in a ton of this stuff I just maintain anyway.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            I am 6'5"and 280 pounds and solid. I drink this stuff religiously. The zero carbs is key letiing me get my carb intake from higher sources such as grits and rice. I try to get at least 400 grams of protein a day, and this product makes it way easier.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
