I used this product after workouts as a solid source of protein with little to no carbs. It doesn't mix well in a water bottle but I am sure if you had a mixer or a blender, it would be great.

    I have used this product for several years because of its zero-carb. I bought this size for cross country travel on my motorcycle. Its very hard to be out on the road for several weeks and try to substain the high level of protein that Im use to having for my female age of 52. BUT, at my own fault I should have read the portion size because I need more than 7 servings. This IS convenient in the packaging for my kind of travel as space is limited and weather is a factor. I will buy this product again! And most likely again!! lol

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
