        • During workout

        i bought this product because of the Bcaa's during my workout but did not notice that it had a testosterone complex in it until i received it which was awesome. I fell I'n love with the taste i really think it is the best tasting post workout / intra i have had . I def noticed strength increase and i recovered quicker which is what i was looking for since i train and play sports full time . This product is a good one and it's def a must have.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
