I took 4 of these before bed time 5 days a week and 2 pre work out. I noticed a boost in strength, muscle recovery, and endurance......also sent my already high sex drive into overdrive.....I would stack this with a cocktail of you own favorite and most effective supplements.

Really good test booster! Works well but will raise your blood pressure after a couple weeks of use if taken 4 caps or more daily. You should take a cycle support with this to help regulate your BP. May get mose bleeds from the raised BP try celery seed caps, it will help.
