Before Workout

I have tried jack3d, juggernaut, white flood, and assault. In comparison this one easily gives the most energy although juggernaut and assault are for different uses in my book. In comparison with jack3d... Well just look at its ingredient profile in comparison lol. Not as much focus as white flood but better energy. The blue raspberry tastes good once you take it a few times also. Will be buying again.
