Directions:
To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with one (1) capsule, taken with a glass of water two (2) times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your main meals. Do not snack after dinner or between meals. For days three and beyond, follow the chart below. Do not exceed two (2) caplets in a 4-hour period and/or six (6) caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

For best results use Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series for 8-12 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

      This is a good substitute for the old Hydroxycut hardcore product. The old one I have probably taken around 6-8 large bottles in total. I have however developed mild symptoms from the precursor. The main one people will see is however is caffeine withdrawls and your body comes to rely on the pill for your daily energy. Like having 4 cups of coffee every day and switching to decaf. It will be a shock to your system. Also you need to keep up activity level when you come off. If you stop working out with the lack of energy , big shocker... you WILL get fat. So in all it is a good product for being one of the leaders in the industry. Not the best at the moment, but it will work for many of you out there.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
