    I have tried many, many products and this is by far the closet thing to the original Hydroxycut w/ephedra that i can find. I wanted something that i could take in the morning on an empty stomach befofe my workout and not make me sick or dizzy. For the first couple of nights I did have a hard time sleeping, but that changed after about a week. Also gave me a slight headache for a few days until my body adapted to it. works great with diet and exercise to reduce bodyfat. Overall very happy with it :)!!!!!!
