          I'm a runner and I workout on a regular basis. I used to wake up and it would take me a while to get my joints moving without feeling pain. Ever since I began taking this product I feel perfectly fine from the second I step out of bed! I highly recommend this product! I've also been told that it's extremely beneficial to those with arthritis as well.
