    When i first took this product i got one bottle took one cap at night before bed then 1 cap 12 hours later before i lift (Just how my scheduleworks lol) til i finished the bottle.. then i ordered 2 bottles took two at night then 1 before the gym til i finshed both bottle then i take 21 days off then do 2 more bottles over and over.. and that how i recommend doing it too because i have had really good results and still get good results.i take humanofort, pre work out supp, multi vitamin, and protein, eat good lift 5 days a week and people ask me if im juicing but im all natural.. this product is so good that the guys that know about it have been keeping it a secret.. this is the best product and no one knows about it.the secrets out boys.. if i could afford it i order 100 bottles lol
