I only take this before my workout which is typically a high paced mix of cardio and weights. I saw great improvements in my workouts as I was able to push out more reps and laps. My rest time decreased substantially. I love everything about this stuff.

This product is the best out there. I have taken N.O Xplode and Jac3kd and none compare. My bench went up by 10 pounds for more reps.My muscles also felt full.

I have tried many pre-workouts such as jacked, no, 1mr and c-4. Hemo by far is the best for energy, focus and also great pump. Once you drink this stuff you won't want to leave the gym.

WOW! I was very surprised how strong this product was. I used the original Hemo Rage and it was ok but this new Ultra Concentrate formula is unreal. Within about 10 minutes of taking it I felt very energized and was in a great mood to train. The feeling is similar to a 1MR or Jacked but much more intense. I really love this product so far and will continue to use it for a while. Great pre workout!
