Take one capsule with protein/meals three times a day. I rank it up there with creatine, BCAA and glutamine as one of the most important supplements you can take. Since taking HMB for the past 6 weeks, I've added more size than ever and recover quicker after high intensity training.

3 grams a day is for the average joe blow. A good experienced lifter should use 4 grams a day (3 grams I notice very little, 4 grams a day there are gains and visual changes over the weeks (I am 5'7" @ 210 approx. 11% bodyfat), and a professional heavyweight should take 5 grams a day.
