AT 65 years I was not seeing me in the mirror! After 7 months my appearance has improved a lot! Skin is tighter, faster recovery from workouts, my hair seems to be getting thicker (or maybe it's senility! ;-) ) but the grey is still there (bummer). I think that it works really well but don't have an objective metric for how well. Suffice it to say that I am very satisfied with the product and will continue to use it.

I take it 30 minutes before I go to sleep. Gives me great stamina. Sometimes difficult to keep up with the recommended cycle.
