As a trainer, I was extremely skeptical about using or recommending this product. Several of my clients wanted to try it, so I thought, if they're gonna use it, I need to use it so I can REALLY understand how it works. I used it as my guide told me. I doesn't have a bad taste like I expected either. It's kind of sweet. I put it in my purse and take it with me so I don't miss a dose. There's really nothing I don't like about it.
