Initial (First Serving Only) Instructions:
To assess your individual tolerance combine 1/2 scoop of Golden Gains with 6 oz. of water and consume it after your workout. Shake well before drinking.

On workout days, take one serving (2 scoops) after your training session with 24 oz. of ice cold water for a creamier consistency or take it with 32 oz. of ice cold water for a thinner shake. Golden Gains

Good Protein, seems pretty healthy for you at a cheap price. It is not a isolate protein so it absorbs slow not fast. It taste like horse [*] (figuratively speaking) until you get used to it. If your picky on taste i would not buy because you will throw up. But overall a good product for a good price. I gave it 4 stars because it a complete protein with the essential nutrients to help you in the gym. -1 star because it taste bad.
