Directions: Empty one packet of Garbage into a 16 fl. oz. bottle of water. Shake bottle until mix dissolves. For more intense flavor, mix with less water. To maximize results drink Garbage at least twice daily. Try one in the morning and another at noon. If you think you are ready for it, try a third later in the day. It is not recommended to consume more that 4 servings per day and more than one serving ever 2 hours.
