take it once a day and its done with, quick and easy. boosts testosterone. only bad thing is that it doesnt taste real good, i suggest taking it like a shot with a chaser. down it and then have another tasty drink standing by.. you wont really taste it.. if you dont drink anything after it kind of makes your tounge feel slimy(if thats how you spell that word)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
