great product that actually works, I took half the recommended dose and i seen my strength increase as well as my appetite increase which was a plus. my muscles look fuller with out all that extra fat. A weight gainer and a test booster in one product is a great value especially at the great prices at A1 supplements. oh & by the way taste good.
