The best way to take GL3 is to mix 5 to 10 grams in about 6 ounces of water or juice. Juice might be preferred as it may enhance glutamine uptake into the muscle cell.

        Great value for the money. Costs 1/6th of competitors for the same amount, you get 4 month supply for around $50 shipped. If i ordered thru local pharmacy for equivilant it would cost $50 for a 15 day supply at 5 grams two times a day!

        Best deal around do not think twice. Your pharmacist or sports medicine center might not even be able to order or get Glutamine.
