Non workout days you take a total of 6 pills split into 3 - 2pill servings on an empty stomach. On workout days you take 6 prior to workout then two prior to bed. I experianced a lot of tired days while using this product. I have seen results, but i'm stacking with other products so I would'nt give all the credit to this product. Compared to other products in this catagory it is very fairly priced, and has good reviews online from independent reviews I have read. Worth a try if you have not used before.

This product is great! Im only about halfway done and i gained 15lbs of solid muscle. I know this because my ABS were showing alot more. I got great sleep and pumps before workouts. Gahh its like a miracle in a bottle. 10/10 Best product i have ever taken hands down.
