I bought this for my son who is a runner and trains with weights. He is naturally thin and was looking to gain a bit more weight. He drinks this in the a.m. and when he gets done with training. He actually gained 5 lbs. on this product with no fat to be seen. He is very pleased with the results and likes the taste. This is a good quality product.
