I take three capsules a day with meals. Noticed that my elbow doesn't hurt anymore with decreased swelling. Knees don't hurt when doing squats. Haven't seen anything bad about this product but I did not give the product 5 stars because I cannot compare it to other products to determine if it is the best.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I have used this product as a replacement for pure Lyprinol capsules and it has been really good, I have no pain in my hips for the last 4 months -- it tokk about 2 1/2 months for the benefits to kick in but no more anti inflammitorieslike Mobic and Volteren -- maybe no hip replacement that I was heading toward
    I take 3 capsules everyday in the morning with breakfast. I am allergic to Crustaceans but have experienced no reaction so am very pleased with the product. My wife is now starting on it for her arhthritis problems and my brother in law is buying it for his knee and hip problems

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
