tried this Flash-Point at a local store, and man oh man does it work FAST. Melts on contact in your mouth. Not the best taste, but good engough. STart feeling heat in about one minutes and thermogenic effects are good. Great energy and doesn't curb appetite too much, so i can still eat 6x daily. I have tried EVERYTHING out ther you can imagine for fat=burners, and i have to say, this FLASHpoint is by far the best yet i've used. so far, one bottle, 4 weeks and onto the next bottle. i'll report back at 8 wks, but so far so good. My abs are popping out now!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
