This is a great product, its like my 4th PH. My gains are 10lbs of LEAN hard muscle. Im getting more cut, and im super vascular. Ill be working out, and ill find new veins popping in the shoulders! the side affect consist of if you don't drink alot of water every single day, it will be painful with you pee. So drink lots of water, eat foods that have oil in them, carb up, peanut butter, fish oils oatmeal ect. my strength is sky high, went from repping 225lbs from 12-14 reps to 22 reps, my max went up 15% This is a great product, give it a try. take is serious, do 4-6weeks

If your searching for something to make you bigger THIS IS IT SEARCH NO MORE just make sure you research how to cycle correct and dont bother with the garbage at your local store.I took 3-4 a day at about 168 lbs. I went up to 190 but it came with unwanted fat which in post cycle i am currently working off its been two weeks and i am now 180lbs. Huge strength increase 225 for 20 reps on bench 415 8 reps dead lift.I did not try to see how much i could max since that is not what i was after. I built some new mass which is not easy with 9 years of mass training under my belt.

I took 4 pills a day for 30 days (two bottles back to back) and gained 12 pounds of lean muscle.. 50 pounds on my bench.. 75 pounds on my squat and 3 inches to my vertical.. this is a great product, i also took amped creatine. Fianflex g8, hemo rage black, and pro complex while on the cycle and am on pct now

This product is simply great! I recommend 6 tablets a day for 2 months. Bench went from repping 225 6 reps to 265 6 reps, squat went from 275 6 reps to 350 7 reps! Definitely well worth your money! Again, big dosages though, comes with rapid heart and dizziness but nonetheless its effective.

Started taking the product in morning 1 hour before workout and evenings couple hours before bed. Product definitely works but had side effect on my body. Noticed burning while urinating after dose had time to go through system tried drinking a lot more water and still persisted. Developed severe joint pain in shoulders and stopped taking due to this issue and notice improvement in joints only 3 days after discontinuing supplement. Will not take again too many side effects.

I have always been someone who bulks up pretty quickly; I was in the gym every day for two hours a few months ago but didn't sign up for a new gym when I moved. I wanted to find something that would encourage me to get back into a steady regime. This supplement was only so-so in effectiveness. I noticed that I was getting bulkier when I started taking the pills, but the mental effects of knowing I was on the pills made me work harder and put in those few extra reps while working out. People at work noticed that I was getting "bigger", but my girlfriend and I agree that the weight is mostly mass without definition. Muscle? That will have to be determined when I stop taking the pills so that I can shake off water weight. Am I psyched out by these pills? No. Am I content and did I get the encouragement I wanted? Yes.
