All and all I have noticed a difference I have gained 22 lbs in six weeks, the only thing Im not sure of is how much I will keep when I cycle off. I have been taking 3 x twice daily, with 3 x twice daily PRO TEST, whey and BCAA after workouts, and Casein before bed. Also I take a liver shield and multi vitamin just in case. I will be using this stack again on my next cycle, its not very expensive and my wife commented to me how she could see results and was proud that I stuck with it (I use to hate the gym)
