I use it in the morning 1 a day, or 1 to 2 hrs before workout. It doesn't make your heart race or upset you stomach. It has no water retention. It has definatly increase my strength and aided in my defination after 3 weeks of use. Its the best i've found for me at my age of almost 55 yrs old.
