        I did not get immediate results but I was taking 2 a day and by the 3rd week I got some positive results. I generally lost about 10 lbs but stay consistent and it works.

        Every product is different from person to person especially diet pills!The environment in your body must be suitable for this one to work well.Slight energy increase not enough for a good workout but excellent appetite suppression. This one promises alot but delivers very little.
