i use it for a prework out or just a pick me up at work i love it works good. my self i dont use it after 6:00pm if i do have a hard time sleeping but all and all good stuff love it

I didn't think that Green Tea extracts would give me that much energy but they really do. Works extremely well but I'm not sure if it is under-dosed.

I use this product first thing in the morning.
I use this product 30-45 minutes prior to working out.
I use this product immediately after a work out.

I like this better than Xtend but that's my opinion...Xtend seems to not work as well as it has in the past...even while mixing with whey & maca powder.

Bodybuilding/Powerlifting(Natural)5'8" - 210 - 8% bf. I use this product as a pre-workout to provide BCAA's and a little pick-me-up for my late afternoon workouts. Not a big fan of excessive supplement use, so its nice to see a high quality pre-workout supplement that doesnt contain excessive ingredients. Been using for 2 weeks. This product won't give you insane energy bursts, but will provide consistent energy and a nice pump as well. The Amino's are a nice touch. Didnt feel as "wore down" after demanding workouts. Everyone's bodies are different, however these aminos are essential for recovery, and with the addition of caffeine/arginine, you really cant go wrong giving it a try.

Best Pre-workout product I've bought yet. Also a great pump. I took 4 scoops before a bicep workout and afterwards it felt like I had rocks in my arms. The Concord Grape flavor tastes wonderful. What I really like is the no caffiene crash later on and also no headaches. My wife is an Registered Nurse and she takes it on 12 hr overnight shifts to keep focused. Now I have to buy this stuff of her too.
