I take one pill at each meal. I had been lifting for a while before I started taking these, and I feel like when I started these I got a little more definition. Not sure if it was the pills or not, but either way, worthy product!

I hate the smell of fish and utterly dread the idea of fishy burps. I'm phobic about it. I had no unpleasant experiences with this product. I'm buying more. Recommend.

this product essentially taste exactly they way the label claims. It has no taste, which is good because the fishy after taste has always turned me off to fish oil. With this product I can get my Omega3 fatty acids with eating fish( which I hate) or even tasting the disgusting after taste of the fish oils of the past!

We need good fats to keep our hard earned muscle. The value for this product is great b/c of the amount of servings vs price

Relatively large capsules, and you have to take 3 per serving but that is pretty standard for fish oil. Overall I would give it a 5 out of 5...very good price for 200 capsules.

The coating gives the capsules an odd taste but it isn't too bad. No fish burps is a big plus.
