Depending on the intensity of the workout, one scoop should suffice. If you go for more than an hour, take two scoops. Orange is good. This stuff saved my butt on a long hard backpacking trip.

This is my goto recovery drink when I'm training for half-marathon and marathons. It really helps you bounce back after a hard workout. Take it immediately after working out mixed with cold water...it helps with the flavor which is a little on sweet side. By the way, Lemon-Lime rocks!
