At 24 grams of protein per serving, and only 125 calories, it is a great post workout drink that aides in recovery and is easy to take. Chocolate peanut-butter flavor is really good, but difficult to find.Great for a quick breakfast replacement. I'll have 2-3 scoops with 16 oz milk or eat with a piece of fruit. (You need some carbs, or you'll feel hungry for 20-30 minutes while your body is digesting the protein.) I follow it up through the morning with a lot of baby carrots and a little (watch the calories) peppercorn-ranch dressing [...] and I'm good until 1 or 2 pm.I take with a beano tablet to reduce gas.
