My trainer suggested I use this powder for my morning and before lifting shake. The chocolate flavor is excellent, and mixes well in a blender. It foams up into a nice texture as well. I add fruit, oatmeal, BCAA, Glutemine, & veggie powder in the morning with just cold water. Mixes up great. The vanilla flavor isn't as tasty as the chocolate.

1st time I've used a egg protein, didn't like, didn't mixed at all used shaker, blender, and stir just clumped up, use with milk and water noting i did mixed it, just clumped up total waste
