I have grain and milk allergies and like to keep my food natural. It is one of the very few on the market I found that have no additives. This is the best protein supplement to fit all my needs and still have my shakes and other products taste good. You have to remember this is egg albumin that clumps when wet. The best way to use it is to run the blender first then dump it in. If you try hand mixing, the results will be clumpy. Alone, it doesn't have much of a flavor and compared to other protein powders, it doesn't smell bad. I use it in after workout shakes (with frozen fruit and some yoghurt) and it tastes fine, in fact better than most other protein powders. I will also use it as eggwhites in pancakes and custards, but it is important to use the right amount of water or the final product will be tough and not very appealing. Again, it needs to be mixed while the blender is running. If you think you are getting an instant product that you dump in water and can mix with a spoon and drink it down, this is the wrong product.

horrible taste. does not mix at all, blender or not! tried mixing into pancake batter, not successful. maybe someone can use it as a egg substitute in baking things that require eggs, but then again just use egg beaters or something else. yulk
