EP-NO supports red blood cell and hemoglobin levels by providing the essential vitamins and minerals for healthy blood. Contains 31mg of elemental iron from natural sources of liver and beet root, plus ferrous picolinate, succinate and amino acid chelate for maximum bio-availability.

EP-NO also conatins Vitamins B12, B6, Zinc, Folic acid and Biotin. EP-NO contains 70% natural ingredients which contain enzymes that let it absorb easily while being very gentle on the stomach.

Endurance athletes (such as cyclist's, triathletes and marathon runners) need more iron than most people, possibly due to accelerated destruction of red blood cells, muscle injuries, loss of iron through sweat, and insufficient time to reabsorb iron.

Iron, Folic Acid, Zinc, Magnesium, Beta-Carotene, Phosphorus, Vitamins, A, B2, B3, B6, B12, Choline, Calcium, Copper, Potassium, Sodium.

Amino Acids:
Ascorbic Acid, alanine, Cysteine, Cystine, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methonine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tyrosine, Tryptophan and Valine.

Directions:
Take 3 tablets together once a day. For best results take EP-NO with a meal and do not consume with calcium supplements, coffee or tea.

You should have your blood checked once every three months.

- This is a great product to add to a iron-free multi-v. I usually only take 1 or 2 per day and it has kept my iron levels within the normal range. This may not be necessary for the average guy, but if your involved in high intensity endurance events this could certainly help out
