AM 2 Capsules

The first three days of using this product consume 1 capsule AM and 1 capsule Mid-Day. After the first three days of use consume 4 or 5 capsules daily. ON workout days consume 2-3 capsules 30-45 min. pre-workout and 1 or 2 caps before a meal (at least 4 hours away from pre-workout dose).
To use as pre-workout energizer only (use only on workout days): Consume 3 or 4 capsules 30-45 min. pre-workout. If PM dose causes sleeplessness take AM and Mid-Day only. Some users may experience nausea if they consume this product on an empty stomach.
