Make sure you take the capsules with food. I harshly regret the first time I forgot food with the capsule. Basically if you forget the food with the product it made me want to throw up. This product works decently. After taking it I felt the energy for about three hours, but not so much after that. It did keep me awake during late nights of studying for school. Also it changes the color of your pee into a dark yellow.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
