DIM - Diindolylmethane (DIM) is formed by acid catalyzed dimerization of indole-3-carbinol. DIM is an indole plant nutrient found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, cabbage, Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower. Unlike other plant nutrients, such as soy isoflavones, DIM has unique and distinct hormonal benefits. DIM appears to support the activity of specific enzymes that improve estrogen metabolism in both men and women.     I use this product exclusively for support of estrogen metabolism. After extensive research, DIM is the only supplement alternative to prescription medications (i.e. Arimidex) that works and does what it is suppose to do. I have reduced my serum level of estradiol by 20% with this product. I first used indole-3-carbinol with good results but DIM is a more cost effective solution. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to reduce estrogen levels.
