    This product is great to take with any supplement and helps enhance that supplement to stay in your blood stream longer and work more effectively. Overall i'd say this product is great because it is very cheap and helps the effectiveness and therefore helps give better results. I gained an extra two pounds off of my creatine supplement then a cycle i did four months prior doing everything the same diet included so i saw results

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
