This is the first review I have ever given, so something has to really impress me for me to take the time to do this. I work out 6 days a week as hard as anyone I know. Especially on heavy legs day after about 45 minutes into squats, I would sound like a wind-broke horse. I could never catch my breath and was dizzy and nauseated after every set. Took cytomax for the first time last night (chest, shoulder and triceps) during my workout. Words cannot convey to you the difference in my workout. After 1 1/2 hours of heavy lifting and 35 mins of cardio I felt like I could run through a brick wall. I will never workout again withou the stuff!

I've run somewhere between 25 and 30 marathons since 1993, and I used to have fits with cramping quadriceps sometime after mile 20 until I started using Cytomax. The electrolyte replacement made all the difference. I put 1 1/2 scoops in each of two 22 oz. water bottles, and I carry measured amounts of the dry powder in containers in my water bottle pack for refills later. Works great in training and in actual races. I also use this stuff when backpacking; seems to lessen the problem of altitude sickness at higher elevations (Mt. Whitney in CA, Longs Peak in CO).
