My only problem with it is the recommended servings - they recommend 4 scoops per serving three times a day. This means you'll go through a 6lb bottle in 18 days. To help this, I do two scoops in the morning, three scoops after a workout (four after an especially intense workout) and then two before bed.

It is costly and in order to get 54g of protein you have to take 4 heaping scoops of powder. You end up having to drink way too much in order to get the amount of protein you need. Tastes good though and helps build muscle well.

This product is one of my favorite weight gainers. Even though it says to take 4 scoops with 16oz of water/milk, I would recommend halving your dosage. The reason i say this is because your body can not consume 54g of protein at a time, it can only handle around 32ish, the rest will just be peed out. If you are wanting to gain weight, I would recommend you drink this shake as recommended on the label, just half the amount each time. Also, taking Pure Casein at night before you go to bed will help with the weight gaining as well. I happen to take Cyotgainer for my first time, and ended up gaining about .5 to 1 pound a day for a week or two. Then i decided to half the recommended amount. Overall, this product will help you gain weight as long as your dedicated to working out with it.

I've used this product before in conjunction with lots of eating and I went from 135 to 150lbs in two months. I don't recommend using the four scoops. I always used 1 1/2 to two scoops with milk and drunk it slowly. throughout a workout and after. Works great, but with water tastes bad.

I use this product after every workout. I mix in my shaker and never have had a problem with chunks or chalky flavor. It is smooth and quite delicious with just water as a mix. I feel re-energized and my muscles crave cytogainer for its high nutrients.
